  • We offer authentic Konkan products, including carbide-free, chemical-free Devgad Hapus mangoes and other regional goods.

  • All images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, seasonal produce may vary slightly in size, shape, or sweetness.

  • Prices may be updated without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, Instagram or customer service.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order ID and estimated delivery details.

  • We accept payments via UPI, GPay, Paytm, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • In case of a payment failure, we request you to retry or reach out to our support team.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • We currently deliver pan-India via trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the city, weather, and product availability.

  • Delays due to natural calamities, transport issues, or other external factors are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to resolve them.

  • A shipping fee may apply based on location.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns once the order is delivered.

  • If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details.

  • Eligible cases may be offered a replacement in your next order.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting our support team.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

7. Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to hack or disrupt services, or upload harmful material.

  • All content on this website – including logos, images, text, and graphics – is the intellectual property of Konkan Kart and cannot be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Promotions & Discounts
